We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT Support sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Application Support Specialist to oversee system integrity and performance.
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Pension + Parking + Other Benefits
Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm, and Friday 8am – 2pm
Application Support Specialist’s Core Duties
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users
- Identify and resolve issues and system failures
- Configure and enhance the ERP system to improve functionality
- Provide training to employees on new system features and best practices
- Identify potential automation of existing processes within the ERP system
- Suggest solutions for operations and productivity enhancements
- Audit data and perform validation checks within the ERP system
- Report on KPIs and trends to support decision making
- Collaborate with internal and external teams and stakeholders
Application Support Specialist’s Skills Required
- Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related field
- Experience in application support and administration of Infor LN ERP systems within manufacturing
- Solid ERP systems knowledge, SQL database management and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Automotive industry experience (desirable)
- Project Management and ERP systems certifications (desirable)
