We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Process Manager to support the growth of a leading broadband and network services provider. The role will need a qualified auditor to improve the IMS system, ISO requirements and conformance to business standards.

Home based / Fully Remote with occasional travel to Colchester office

Business Process Manager’s Core Duties

  • To communicate, implement and develop the company’s IMS and processes
  • Managing process integration within departments at the company. Ensuring processes and procedures are understood by employees and followed in day-to-day business practices.
  • Enable the company to obtain and then maintain ISO certification for 9001, 14001 and ISO45001.
  • Facilitating both internal and external audits.
  • Managing the audit schedule and undertaking internal systems audits at all sites.
  • To conduct supplier audits in accordance with the standards.
  • Play a vital role in improving quality across the business through the use of ISO standards.
  • Guarantee business fulfilment of standards.
  • Manage document control
  • Report on the performance of the IMS at the management review meetings.
  • Help colleagues with document/process changes they may need to ensure all IMS procedures are correct in working practice.
  • Identify risks and opportunities relating to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Set up and monitor management action programmes to ensure the achievement of the IMS objectives to achieve the identified risks and opportunities.
  • To assist in the production of Business Continuity Plans in accordance with the requirements of ISO standards
