We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Operative who will be providing first line support to customer queries. Answering support calls and providing basic email support. Logging the initial query, providing a solution to basic issues and, where necessary, escalating issues to second and third line support. The resolution of all issues must be timely, accurate and professional.

Customer Support Operative’s Core Duties

  • Fielding incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Providing basic first line support with customers/employees to identify a problem or escalate problems for a quick and efficient resolve
  • Log and keep records of client/employee queries
  • Analyse call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems
  • Update self-help documents (How to’s) so clients/employees can try to fix problems themselves

Customer Support Operative’s Skills and Experience required

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to deal with difficult callers

  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills

Full training on the company’s and Time Pursuit systems will be provided and they will expect you to attain a high level of understanding of their products and services. Training is continuous with new developments.
