IT Support Technician’s Core Duties

  • General IT & IT operations duties in support of IT Manager
  • Assist in roll out and support of new projects
  • Development & user testing
  • Technical support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Reporting
  • Change management
  • Project management

IT Support Technician’s Key Requirements

  • Any IT Qualifications would be desirable
  • Experience in any of the following areas would be desirable:
    • CRM experience
    • Project management
    • Testing
    • Technical support

Any experience with the flowing would be advantageous, but not essential?

  • Project management experience & ideally with qualification
  • CRM 2011 and or Dynamics 365
  • Fluent in Microsoft office suite
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
  • Change management
  • Knowledge of GDPR
