IT Support Technician’s Core Duties

  • Provide IT & Network support for stores in the UK
  • Assist with EPOS systems
  • Closely work with different technical teams from France and China, build and concrete efficient collaboration process
  • Manage new IT projects in Stores
  • Maintain and improve the IT solutions of the company.
  • Guarantee the compliance and ensure the IT Security of store
  • Asist with Support Microsoft Infrastructure
