We have an excellent opportunity for a Junior Support Engineer (POS / EPOS) to join the world’s largest sports retailer that will provide centralised support for POS solution which is in use across international countries.

They are offering an amazing opportunity to a Junior IT Engineer to be trained in POS and to have the opportunity to grow and progress through their company.  Their office is state of the art and has a gym with a roof sports pitch.  This is a great start for a Junior IT Engineer.

Junior IT Support Engineer’s (POS / EPOS) Core Duties

  • Assist with the build and maintain competences for POS support, including Webpos, back office, Flow, Posdata, and other related satellites solution
  • Organize & participate Cashing system new release testing process
  • Build and facilitate country opening solutions on the third-line level cashing system
  • Build and ensure the functional monitoring for BUY solutions, optimize day by day the stability and performance
  • Build and implement the goal of MOBILE POS in stores to improve the sports users journeys, inside and outside the store
  • Closely work with different technical teams from France and China, build and concrete efficient collaboration process
  • Play an active role in a global team and company project (deployment, release, user request treatment, data analysis & reporting, etc)
  • Specialise and be the referent for competence for the solution
  • Train to be proactive for the repeated issue, critical incident, & potential risk. The goal is to reduce issues while store expansion growing fast
