We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Product Analyst who will work with the diverse analytical teams in London and across the international offices in Bucharest and Mumbai to make sure the quality of client deliverables are maintained. You will also be responsible for driving improvements and efficiencies in the products – enhancing the customer experience as well as being on quest for continuous improvement.

 

Salary £40,000 + 12.5% Bonus

 

Product Analyst’s Core Duties

  • Leading the delivery of a series of Analytics products
  • Project managing the flows of client work to make sure it is delivered on time
  • Coaching and supporting and training analysts across the team, including supporting people remotely
  • Building and streamlining delivery processes
  • Liaising with sales to ensure client needs are being met
  • Supporting and enabling the team to answer client questions
  • Troubleshooting and fixing issues with the Analytics platform
  • Building and maintaining a product roadmap
  • Contributing to new product development

Product Analyst’s Skills required

  • Strong project and process management skills. Demonstrated ability to create/improve processes and to embed them within the team
  • Experience of managing multiple projects or workflows simultaneously
  • Good data literacy and confidence in manipulating data and understanding its intricacies
  • Strong Excel capability is essential as is an understanding of Tableau or an equivalent data visualisation package
  • Experience working with SQL or equivalent database would also advantageous
  • Experience in coaching other team members to improve quality assurance of outputs
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • A quick and independent learner
  • Strong work ethic and a true team player
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • A degree in a numerate discipline from a leading university, or significant relevant experience
