Project Manager

We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Project Management sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager Lead to work for a top online education provider on a 12-month FTC. The role holder will be responsible for identifying and supporting opportunities here in the UK and Internationally.

£50,000 + Pension + Life Insurance + Medical + 26 Days Annual Leave + Other Benefits

12-months FTC + Hybrid working: 4 Days from Home, 1 Day in Office per week when needed

Project Manager Lead’s Core Duties

• Develop a system for writing and delivering proposals in the UK and Internationally
• Develop a reporting system for all UK and International opportunities
• Work with the International Director to develop an annual budget
• Train and coach Consultants on pre-sale support
• Set KPIs and monitor performance across all projects
• Ensure Consultants are up to date with new products and releases
• Develop solutions to research issues and track the results
• Communicate with all departments and keep employees updated on all projects and policies
• Provide regular feedback on performance and progress against KPIs
• Develop team members, identify training needs and act on performance issues
• Ensure adherence to GDPR standards
• Work with all teams Internationally to ensure best practice

Project Manager Lead’s Skills Required

• Solid experience as a Project Manager, with excellent project management skills
• Project Manager certification (desired)
• Experience working in the education sector (desired)
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Strategic thinker and experience working with markets outside of the UK
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Results orientated and ability to multi-task and be a team player
• Travel internationally as needed
