SharePoint Developer

SharePoint Developer’s Core Duties

The developer will work closely with the project leader and CEO, to build the following bespoke intellectual property:

• Information Management System, including indexing, archiving, deduplicating, standardising, and e-signing
• Full life-cycle operational process automation
• Integration of all other IT systems to ensure SharePoint is the source of all data
• Structured portals and dashboards
• Multimedia e-learning library
• Fully validated manual forms submission
• Automated document creation and distribution
• Document interchange with external systems and stakeholders via bespoke APIs
• Full integration with Office tools such as Teams, Outlook, and PowerBI
• Bespoke mobile apps development via PowerApps or other technologies

SharePoint Developer’s Experience Required

• 5+ years developing SharePoint websites, document stores, APIs and process automation
• Experience working directly for end users in a commercial organisation
• Solid experience with industry-standard governance, utilising industry-leading SLDC tools and methodologies
• Experience of .NET frameworks, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSON, RestAPIs, SQL Server, web services, Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerBI dashboards, forms, lists, Stream, Yammer, and integration into Office 365 apps
• Experience building information management systems (document distribution, archive, search, storage, audit, conversion)
• Ownership and management of the whole development project lifecycle, from initial requirements through to delivery, support, and improvements
• Working knowledge of data governance (GDPR, ISO27001, cyber security (DevSecOps))
• Experience working within the house building, construction, supply chain, manufacturing, or architecture industries

SharePoint Developer’s Skills Required

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Office 365 (desirable)
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Teams Application Developer Associate (desirable)
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): SharePoint Developer Associate (desirable)
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Productivity Solutions Expert (desirable)
• Equivalent certifications from reputable training companies (desirable)
• CompTIA+ (desirable)
