We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT sector. We have an excellent opportunity for two Technical Support advisors to work for a creative IT agency in the travel industry.
Hybrid working - 1 day in the office per week
Circa £28,000 per annum
Technical Support’s Core Duties
- Providing technical and functional support to users
- Answering and logging requests from clients, researching and solving problems
- Working with the development team to create new solutions for clients
- Training of new and existing customers in person or via video/phone
- Communicating technical issues in a non-technical manner
- Assisting with the implementation of new client websites
- Taking ownership of client requests and ensuring timely response in line with SLAs
- Delivering first class service to all clients
- Testing of new functionality prior to client release
Technical Support’s Key Skills
- Experience in the Travel industry (desirable)
- Good technical understanding of SaaS
- Experience providing software technical and functional support
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workflow to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong eye for detail
- Proactive approach to learning and solution orientated
