We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT sector. We have an excellent opportunity for two Technical Support advisors to work for a creative IT agency in the travel industry.

Hybrid working - 1 day in the office per week

Circa £28,000 per annum

Technical Support’s Core Duties

  • Providing technical and functional support to users
  • Answering and logging requests from clients, researching and solving problems
  • Working with the development team to create new solutions for clients
  • Training of new and existing customers in person or via video/phone
  • Communicating technical issues in a non-technical manner
  • Assisting with the implementation of new client websites
  • Taking ownership of client requests and ensuring timely response in line with SLAs
  • Delivering first class service to all clients
  • Testing of new functionality prior to client release

Technical Support’s Key Skills

  • Experience in the Travel industry (desirable)
  • Good technical understanding of SaaS
  • Experience providing software technical and functional support
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workflow to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Proactive approach to learning and solution orientated
