8 years + experience - Helpdesk Support, Technical Consultant, Project Manager
Team Leader, managing a team of engineers, providing support across Microsoft suite of applications primarily Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Active Directory, Hyper-V and SQL. Helpdesk support and troubleshooting Citrix, VMware, Sage and InterAction. Implementation and management of backup strategies using Symantec Backup Exec, Veeam and online solutions including installation and testing.
