Personality Type Assessment
How can you gauge if a candidate is right for your organisation? The personality of an applicant is a vital part of what makes a team member successful but this can be difficult to assess accurately through an interview process. ITRecruit makes us of one of the most universally adopted models of personality assessment based on the works of Carl Jung to help make the decision process clearer.
We can offer, subject to candidate approval, a personality assessment using the Jung Typology Profiler for the Workplace™. Evaluations are built on the establishment of four principal personality traits which have been shown to drive reactions, interactions and decision making styles. The in-depth report will give you a unique insight into the work-related aspects of each candidate’s personality allowing you measure and compare applicants based on their temperament and likely behaviour.
