I am a dedicated business analyst. I have several years' experience in requirement analysis, producing specification documents using formal methodologies such as UML, Use Cases and SSADM. I have strong skills at project management and PRINCE2, enabling me to work through full system development life cycle. I am a committed team player with ability to lead, motivate and inspire others.

I have great information gathering experience: interviewing, presentation, facilitating, communication, writing and research skills.  I am reliable, a good team player with good interpersonal and client facing experience.

• Eliciting Requirements and Breakdown, System/Business Process Analysis, Mind Mapping, UML
• Systems Analysis, Design and Testing
• Proven business analysis skills (Process Review, Mapping, requirement definition)
• Business process re-engineering (GAP Analysis and SWOT)
• Excellent use of business change methodologies
• PRINCE2 project framework
• Relational database skills: SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL
• Project Management Skills – status reporting, risk and issue management
• Excellent I.T skills Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Windows 7, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS SQL and MS Visio) and SharePoint
• Requirements Gathering, Problem Solving and Data Analysis
