Short description of Experience

Highly proficient in IT 2nd and 3rd line Support.  Good knowledge and experience, analysing and resolving problems. Able to analyse and offer practical business solutions, saving time and money.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows server configuration, implementation, support, group policy, user accounts management, active directory, DHCP, WINS, DNS, problem resolution, system optimisation, system backup and recovery; desktop and blade server support, hardware installation (IBM, Compaq, Dell, HP, etc), routers, switches; software installation, upgrade, patches, anti virus software monitoring and maintenance, etc.

High level of experience with SCCM; Exchange Server 2007; Deployment Workbench; Active Directory; Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2 & 2012; Hyper V; SCVMM; File & Folder Permissions; Symantec Message Labs Email Cloud Security;  Cisco Router and Switch Configuration; Cisco Call Manager; Windows 7, XP & Mac OS environments
