Short description of Experience
7 years experience as an IT Technician, mainly 2nd and 3rd line support, helpdesk and troubleshooting. Also Technical Consultant and Project Management.
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Visio 2007
- Knowledge of Mac OSX 10.7 and 10.8
- Citrix tools and dial ups EG Broadband and 3G technologies
- Blackberry/IPhone support and administration help
- Networking (installing network cables and patch them to the patch panel, troubleshooting general TCP/IP network problems, IP issues, test connectivity to a host, gather information for troubleshooting connectivity problems, network configuration problems)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Both front and back office) IT infrastructure including servers, WAN/LAN infrastructure, telecoms
- Experience of administering Active Directory users, groups and email
- Wired/Wireless Network experience and Troubleshooting skills
- Videoconferencing experience, Installation/configuration (Polycom)
- Java (Java script) and visual basic programming
- Web designing
- Macromedia Flash 5
- Database (PL SQL, Oracle and Access)
