Highly proficient in enterprise systems change management and IT ROI strategies. Knowledge and experience resolving problems, proffering solutions and adding value.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows server configuration, implementation, support, group policy, user accounts management, active directory, DHCP, WINS, DNS, problem resolution, system optimisation, system backup and recovery; desktop and blade server support, hardware installation (IBM, Compaq, Dell, HP, etc), routers, switches; software installation, upgrade, patches, anti virus software monitoring and maintenance, etc.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks to meet established goals and deadlines. Easily grasp new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies and put into application.
